I am staying here continuously from my last 4 trips. This is now like second home to me. Very beautiful common rooms, clean & hygiene dorms & washrooms. Heater in all rooms even in dorms, you will not get anywhere in Manali in this price. Everyone in the staff & management are very nice & polite. Room service is just a phone call away. The rooms are cozy with a great view, and also with a heater. The bathrooms are super clean and have hot water. The staff kindly provided us with another heater and more blankets because we were getting cold. They also were very kind to call us about updates for the road conditions, meal times and bonfire, even helped us arrange rides for attractions and bus stop nearby. Very professional staff, great service with a totally stress free experience! The food at the pure vegetarian restaurant downstairs was amazing as well, did not find the need to go look for any other place for food. Rooms has all the facility like Heater, Hot Water, Slippers, Blankets. Food is also delicious. Nekiram and Narendar is extremely helpful and friendly. I recently visited Kee Koo and it was amazing! The food was delicious and made with love, you could taste it in every bite. The rooms were super comfy too. But the best part was the staff, they were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Best and most smooth experience at a hostel ever! We received calls about snow updates and got informed that the road is clear until the entrance. Very good communication. Rooms have very quick service and reminders about meal times and last orders. We were feeling cold so they readily provided us with another heater and more blankets. The staff is extremely professional, and kind. Special mention for the food at their restaurant - Foodies Nation. We had puri, aloo paratha, poha, roti etc and they were all very tasty! Would definitely recommend this stay and try the food there!Load more
